The terms that govern your use of the ScentID Solutions website.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of scentidsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by ScentID LLC, a Maryland limited liability company trading as ScentID Solutions.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Informational purpose only
The Site describes our company, capabilities, and the kinds of work we do. Its content is provided for general information only.
Nothing on this Site is an offer, a commitment, a quote, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Any engagement between us will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where this Site and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls.
3. Statements about capabilities and future plans
Descriptions of our platform, infrastructure, APIs, and roadmap reflect our intentions and current direction. They are not guarantees that any particular capability exists today, will be built, or will be made available to you. Features described as available "by request" are subject to our discretion and to a separate agreement.
4. Permitted use
You may view, browse, and print pages of this Site for your own informational or business evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

- Introduce malware or any other harmful code
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, design, graphics, layout, code, and the ScentID and ScentID Solutions names and logos — are owned by ScentID LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you no licence to use our trademarks, branding, or content except as permitted in section 4 or with our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Your submissions
When you send us a message, proposal, or job application through the Site, you confirm that you are entitled to share the information and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You grant us permission to use that information for the purpose of responding to and evaluating your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. We treat unsolicited submissions as non-confidential unless we have a confidentiality agreement in place with you. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary material through the Site.
If you send us unsolicited ideas or suggestions, we are free to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Your use of a linked site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice, and we may update its content without obligation to keep it current.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or accuracy.
We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, uninterrupted, free of errors or harmful components, or that any information on it is complete, accurate, or up to date.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScentID LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScentID LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
You agree that the state and federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted to this page, and we will update the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
